Evening June 11, 2268 & ED Year 6 Days 260-261.

Alex was sitting at the kitchen table in the rental house in California with Kate, Sam, Nicole, and Tara, as they reviewed the plans for the presentation that was set for the following day. Alex had smiled as he had managed to swing that it would be broadcast live for any who wished to tune in to enjoy. As such, the stakes for it were high as he went over all the plan, which came out to over a billion credits in total. While the cost was enough to cause a major hit to FAE’s finances, Kate had assured him that it would pay for itself by the time everything was said and done.

They were about an hour into their discussions and still had several things to go over when Kate, Alex and Tara all received a message that Abysses End was making another major push. The three of them looked at each other as they also knew that their fleet was only a few hours away from the massive naval battle that had been building up this whole time. Alex just shook his head as he smiled and spoke.

“We can’t say that this wasn’t expected. It’s why I logged out a bit early today.”

“Six hours, that’s how long in ED time before the fleets collide,” commented Tara. “The question is, which needs you to be there more?”

“He needs to be at the naval conflict,” replied Kate. “Not because he will make the difference there, but because he will be able to ensure that more ships will be captured and we will be able to take a firm grasp of the war in Nium with it.”

“Kate’s right, but Abysses End doesn’t need to know that. So, I think that it would be for the best if I push the limits a bit…”

Alex filled them in on his intentions as he stood and gave Kate, Sam and Nicole kisses before he made his way to log back into ED. As he did so, he just smiled at what he had planned, as he made sure to stop and give Ava and Mia, who were watching the babies, their kisses as well. With that taken care of, it was time for Xeal to put everything on the line as he once more entered the world of Eternal Dominion.

From the moment Xeal awoke it was go-time, as he quickly transferred not to the Huáng empire, but to the Zapladal Theocracy. From there Xeal transferred to Vefreora, where Abysses End had its main power base located in. This included several guild towns that were just starting to take off. However, they were making the same mistake so many other guilds made before reaching tier-7, in the fact that they didn’t have any NPC shield mages, or enough shield generators to cover the town.
